Bi-Lingual Architect - Project
Coordinator
Under the supervision of a licensed Architect, the
following duties shall be performed:
Research, plan and coordinate various building projects.
Consult with Principal and client to determine project
scope. Prepare documentation for field verification of
renovation projects. Assist with code analysis,
selection of materials, specifications and construction
cost. Prepare and coordinate with consultant's
construction documents. Prepare permit applications and
required submittal attachments. Review shop drawings,
sample submittals, and periodic site, on-site
observation and attend job progress meetings, to monitor
contractor's compliance with construction documents.
Will need to have drafting abilities with AutoCAD;
spreadsheet experience using Excel; and scheduling,
utilizing Microsoft Projects.
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture,
or in Architectural Engineering, plus 2 years experience
in an architect's office, with some experience in code
research and field observation. Must be bi-lingual
(English/Spanish) and have legal authority to work

Professional Engineers - M.E.P.
Seeking self-motivated and career oriented individuals as
Project Engineers, who have a vision for the future in a
growing A/E firm with a national practice.
Individual should have specialization in one or more of
the following project types: retail, commercial kitchens,
leisure/hospitality or mixed use.
Candidates will have their own P.E.
certification and have experience in one or more
of the M.E.P. disciplines or ability to
readily obtain Ohio Certification required.
Building Code
Coordinator
Under the supervision of a licensed

Responsibilities include researching state-of-the-art techniques and
providing In-House Training to current and new staff on an on-going basis.
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in
Architecture, or in Architectural Engineering, plus 3 plus
years experience in an architect’s office, with some
experience in code research and field observation. Must
have legal authority to work permanently in the U.S.
