Building Code Coordinator

Research, State and local codes for various building projects. Consult with Principal & client to determine project scope. Assist and prepare documentation for field verification of renovation projects. Assist with code analysis and implementation. Prepare permit application(s) and submittal documents.

Will need to have drafting abilities with AutoCAD; spreadsheet experience using Excel; and scheduling utilizing Microsoft Projects. Certification as Plans Examiner a plus. Training to become certified available.

Professional Engineers – BUILDING SYSTEMS

Seeking self-motivated and career-oriented individuals with Professional or minimum 5yrs experience in HVAC/Plumbing. Fire Protection experience helpful.

Bi-Lingual Architects and Designers

Seeking 2-3 persons for our International Design Studio. Need one fluent in Spanish and another in Korean for a wide variety of Projects. Seeking Architects with strong Construction skills with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience.
