Engineering, and Project Management services. We were
one of the first firms in Central Ohio to
adopt computerized methods of architectural design and
documentation. The result has been significantly increased
efficiency, greater coordination between documents and
disciplines and fewer errors. Today, we are fully
computerized and integrated between all disciplines.
Our projects
typically start by working closely with a client to
establish a careful determination of facilities, space
planning, scheduling and cost parameters. Then we proceed to
architectural, interior and/or graphics design, as
appropriate. Design frequently includes the creation of
three-dimensional, computerized renderings, animated
walk-throughs and other graphics materials. This assists the
client in visualizing, financing and promoting the project.
Once a design has been approved, we can then move quickly to
computer-aided project documentation, detailed cost
forecasts, bidding assistance and construction
observation.
