Construction
documents are being completed on a new
facility for one of the fastest growing
laptop computer company in the United States.
The new building includes consolidation of
their corporate and technical support
offices, and the expansion of the
manufacturing and retail distribution
departments. 3D is working closely with
Pizzuti Development, Inc. and Exxcel
Construction Management, Inc. on this
project.
Mill Run Professional Building, Columbus,
Ohio.
Construction is
near completion for a new 10,000 sq.ft. free
standing, single story office building
designed for medical professionals. This
project is in coordination with Realty
Options and ConTrak Corporation.
The Wagnalls Memorial Foundation in
Lithopolis, Ohio.
Established
by the founders of the Funk and Wagnalls
Encyclopedia, the Foundation is considering
3D/Group, Inc. to renovate their building.
The building is a 1960’s addition to a
complex started in 1922. The project includes
a new board room, executive director offices
and museum area to display the
Foundation’s collection of Norman
Rockwell paintings, a large Chinese
collection and other artworks.
